These axial electrolytic capacitors are good replacements for the filter caps found in many vintage guitar amps made by Fender®, Vox, and others.

8μF/450V capacitors are often used as secondary filter caps in the power supply, feeding charge to the preamplifier section.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Aluminum electrolytic
  • Terminals:  Axial Leads
  • Capacitance Tolerance:  ±20%
  • Operating Temperature:  -25°C to 105°C
  • Lifetime:  2000 hours at 105°C (221°F)
