This is a PC-mount, ⅛" (3.5mm) mono phone jack with a tip shunt.

It's used as the power jack in Moog Rogue synthesizers.

This jack is an exact replacement for the original Moog Rogue jack.

This is a 3-pin, PC-mount, low power DC coax jack with a 2.1mm center pin, a normally closed switch, and side mounting-support wings.

It serves as the DC power inlet jack in some Yamaha pianos and synthesizers.  The jack is Yamaha part #WZ704401.

This panel-mount IEC connector (AC inlet receptacle) fits most Fender amps with detachable power cords, like the SuperChamp. 

The jack snaps into the amp's rear panel and has Quick-Connect terminals to fit the amp's push-on wire leads.  No soldering is required.

Equivalent to Fender part #0054642000.

This metal, oval power jack (AC inlet) has 3 round pins instead of the flat blades used today.  This is a rare item.

It's used in early Wurlitzer 200 & 200A series electric pianos and in Arp 2600 & 2500 synthesizers.  It's also found in old Steiner Parker synths, Oberheim white-faced synths, and others.
