It includes the chrome grill, mounting screws, wiring, and connector.

The fan is 3-1/8" square (4" corner-to-corner) and 1-1/2" thick.  The mounting holes are spaced 2-13/16" apart.

It has 7 rotating blades, operates on 48 VDC, and consumes 6.7 watts.
