There's very little difference between a Yamaha MOTIF6 and a Yamaha MOTIF7 keyboard.

Either is more difficult to disassemble than their big brother, the MOTIF8.

Before you can fix broken keys, dirty contacts, or worn-out switches on a MOTIF6 or 7, you'll have to spend some time disassembling the unit.
